Midland County Commissioners approve proclamation honoring crime victims for Angel Tree Ceremony
The Midland County Commissioners Court approved a proclamation during its meeting on Nov. 19 recognizing the annual Angel Tree Ceremony. The event, which has been held in the county for over 30 years as a memorial for victims of crime, is set for Dec. 6.
