The Midland Legacy Football team is set to play two scrimmages against Amarillo Tascosa on August 16 and 22 at 6 p.m. The Legacy Rebels will host the first scrimmage and travel for the second game.
According to the Midland Independent School District website, the Rebels will travel to Allen for their first regular season game of the 2024 season at 7 p.m. on August 30.
Legacy's first home game will be at 7 p.m. on September 6 against Euless Trinity, according to the Midland Independent School District website. The Rebels play home games at Astound Broadband Stadium located at 801 N Loop 250 W, Midland. They are scheduled to face Lake Travis a week later at home on September 13.
An away game against Abilene High is scheduled for September 20, according to the Midland Independent School District website. The Rebels will then travel to Dallas to play against Ruston High School of Louisiana in a Saturday game set for 2 p.m. Following an open week, Legacy will have its homecoming game on October 11 against San Angelo Central, followed by another home game against Frenship on October 18.
Odessa Permian will host the Rebels' next game on October 25 before they return home for Senior Night on November 1 against Midland High. The Rebels will close out the regular season with an away game against Odessa High on November 8.
