Midland offensive lineman Pulelei’ite Primus receives ninth D1 offer

Collegiate offers continue to pour in for Midland High School Bulldogs offensive lineman Pulelei’ite M. Primus to play at the next level.

"I am very very blessed to say I've received my 9th ‘D1' offer from the University Of Arkansas!!!" Primus posted on X.

In July, Primus said he received an offer to play football for the University of Texas San Antonio (UTSA) after speaking with the program's offensive line coach, Kurt Traylor.

Primus is the son of Stanley Primus, who played football for Temple University and then proceeded to play for numerous Arena football teams, according to Legacy.com. When his football career ended, he moved to West Texas to become an oil driller.

In another post on X, Primus shared a photo of his Dad and said he would make him proud. Referring to a picture of his father, Primus posted, "Definitely see where I get it from. Miss U Dad!!"

According to 247Sports, Primus is 6’4" and 325 pounds, and is entering his junior season for the Bulldogs. He plays guard and has also received offers to play football at Texas Tech, North Texas, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, TCU, Tulane, and UTEP.
