The Bank of America Tower is set to undergo a renovation valued at $997,700, according to a state filing with a regulatory agency.
According to the March 21 filing, the project will involve interior renovations, demolition, and the addition of new partitions, finishes, furniture, power, and light fixtures within a 4,920 square foot area. The Bank of America Tower is situated at 303 W. Wall Street.
Zeila Cabello, a senior property manager with Midland-based SVN Real Estate, is leading the renovation effort. The project is scheduled to commence on March 30 and conclude by October 30. The architectural aspects of the remodel were handled by the Dallas office of the design firm Gensler.
According to skyscraperpage.com, construction of the Bank of America Building began in 1976 and was completed in 1978. The 24-floor high-rise currently accommodates various oil and gas companies.
