The Journeys store at Midland Park Mall is set to undergo a renovation this summer, as indicated by a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
According to TDLR, the renovation will cost an estimated $179,200 for the 1,789 square foot store. The project is scheduled to commence on July 7 and conclude by July 25. Midland Park Mall is located at 4511 North Midkiff Drive.
The March 20 filing states that the Indianapolis, Indiana-based Simon Property Group, led by Brian S. Hoestelleler, is overseeing the renovation. The architectural design is being managed by Jencen Architecture from Cleveland, Ohio.
