Diamondback Energy is set to announce its first-quarter earnings for 2025 in May, following the market's closure.
According to a news release, the Midland-based independent oil and natural gas company will release its financial results on May 5. The company will also host a conference call and webcast for investors and analysts to discuss its earnings on Tuesday, May 6 at 8 a.m.
The release said that those interested in accessing the live webcast or watching a replay can do so by visiting Diamondback’s website under the investor relations section. Diamondback Energy focuses on acquiring, developing, exploring, and exploiting unconventional, onshore oil and natural gas reserves in the Permian Basin.
In February, it was reported by Midland Times that President Kaes Van’t Hof assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding longtime CEO Travis D. Stice at the company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
