Heather McMahan, an actress, stand-up comedian, and podcaster known for "Absolutely Not! with Heather McMahan," is set to perform at the WNPAC. Her first special, “Son I Never Had!” debuted on Netflix in October 2023, reaching Number 4 and maintaining a top 10 position for seven days. Following this success, McMahan embarked on “The Comeback Tour,” her second national tour after a sold-out show at New York City's Radio City Music Hall.

Her latest stand-up special, "Breadwinner," premiered on Hulu on October 11th. It was filmed during two sold-out performances at Atlanta's Fox Theatre, the same venue where she concluded her global The Comeback Tour. The special pays tribute to her Southern roots.

The Hollywood Reporter describes McMahan as an “auditory David Sedaris for the millennial set,” noting her authenticity and broad humor. She was included in Variety’s 2022 Comedy Impact Report and performed on “Jane Fonda & Lily Tomlin: Ladies Night Live” (Netflix), earning praise from Jane Fonda herself. McMahan also hosted Fonda’s 85th birthday fundraiser.

Currently, McMahan is developing a half-hour pilot based on her life for NBC. She previously starred alongside Nina Dobrev and Jimmy O. Yang in “Love Hard,” which topped Netflix's audience popularity charts globally within its first five days of release. A favorite of the Today Show, she has guest-hosted its fourth hour with Jenna Bush Hager.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, McMahan studied at UCB in Los Angeles and majored in performing arts at Ole Miss.
