A $102,000 renovation project for a local dealership is underway, according to a state filing with a regulatory agency.
According to the February 28 filing, service renovations for Rogers Ford are expected to include 10-foot drop ceilings, installing an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system, relocating mini splits, and adding lighting. Additionally, the project involves replacing tile, adding insulation, installing dual pane glass, and razing garage doors and offices. The total square footage of the project is 1,440.
The filing states that the project began on March 1 and is expected to be completed by May 31. Jon Andrews, a controller and chief financial officer at Rogers Ford, is leading the project under the entity DTS Real Estate LP. The dealership is located at 4200 W. Wall Street.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Andrews has been with the company since December 2004 and oversees corporate finance at the dealership. His profile also indicates that he attended Ball State University.
