Midland Independent School District (MISD) is inviting the public to participate in its inaugural Taste of Mind food show. The event is scheduled for February 18, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Bush Convention Center. Admission will be free, as announced in a Facebook post by the district.

"Help MISD pick future menu items at the Taste of MISD Food Show! Sample menu items and explore potential new offerings from top K-12 food service vendors," the district said. "Your feedback will help guide our future menu choices!"

According to the district's website, the Child Nutrition Services department is committed to providing high-quality and nutritious meals to all students. Led by food and nutrition experts, the department aims to foster healthy habits through engaging interactive events and presentations.
