Father Felipe U. Silva, 56, of Midland, Texas, Passes Away

Midland - Felipe U. Silva, 56, a devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away suddenly on December 7, 2024. He was cherished by his daughters, Mia and Lauren, and stepdaughter Jasmine. Felipe was known for his infectious smile, talent in building, welding, and creating, and his dedication to his family and work.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Socorro, and several siblings. Felipe and Socorro married in 2010, building a beautiful life together filled with love and lasting memories.

A Rosary will precede the Memorial Mass on Friday, December 13, 2024, at San Miguel Arcángel Catholic Church in Midland, Texas. Father Patrick Akpanobong will officiate the service.

Felipe will forever be remembered as a guiding star and angel to his daughters, watching over them with love and pride. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and strength that will be cherished by all who knew him.
