Lita Ford began her career in 1975 as a founding member and guitarist of the all-female group, the Runaways. The group's hard rock and punk edge led to hits such as “Cherry Bomb” and “Queens of Noise.” In 1983, Ford launched her solo career with the debut album "Out For Blood," establishing herself as a prominent female performer in rock and heavy metal.
Her follow-up album, "Dancin’ on the Edge" released in 1984, earned her a Grammy nomination for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance. It produced singles like “Fire In My Heart” and “Gotta Let Go,” which made it into MTV’s top rotation. By 2018, Ford celebrated the 30th anniversary of her self-titled multi-platinum album "Lita," featuring charting singles like “Back to the Cave,” co-written with Nikki Sixx from Motley Crue. The album included mega-hits like “Kiss me Deadly” and the Gold-certified ballad “Close my Eyes Forever” featuring Ozzy Osbourne.
George Lynch formed Lynch Mob in 1989 after Dokken's breakup. The band signed with Elektra Records and released "Wicked Sensation," achieving Gold status. Known for their high-energy guitar-driven hard rock vibe, Lynch Mob features elements of classic rock, blues, metal, with an inclination towards improvisation. They continue to celebrate their legacy by performing classic material along with Dokken songs.
