Midland, Texas - Amy Lynn Azarov, a devoted wife, mother, nurse, and community volunteer, peacefully passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., surrounded by her family. She was 43 years old.

Born on August 30, 1981, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Amy dedicated her life to caring for others. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and worked at various hospitals, including Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital and UPMC Presbyterian. In 2009, Amy and her family settled in Midland, Texas, where she continued her nursing career at Midland Memorial Hospital.

Throughout her life, Amy was known for her selflessness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family and community. She served as an active volunteer for organizations such as the MHS volleyball booster club and the Midland Symphony Guild, where she received several accolades for her outstanding service.

Despite battling breast cancer, Amy remained resilient and continued to spread kindness and positivity. She cherished spending time with her husband, Dr. Nikolay Azarov, and their four children, Natalie, Alexander, Victoria, and Collin. Amy's impact on those around her was profound, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.

A funeral service to honor Amy's life will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Midland, TX. Attendees are encouraged to wear bright colors in celebration of Amy.

Amy is survived by her husband of 19 years, Nikolay Azarov, their children, Natalie, Alexander, Victoria, and Collin, her parents, Harriet and Gregory Canino, her brother Michael Canino, his wife Kayla, and their children Joseph and Keaton.
