The Midland Chamber has officially welcomed and congratulated Middle School Matchup West Texas (MSM) as a new member of its community.
Middle School Matchup is a non-profit organization that organizes weekend tournaments for middle school baseball players in regions lacking formal middle school teams. According to the organization, MSM aligns players by their respective middle schools, regardless of skill level, offering them an opportunity to take a break from their current teams and play alongside peers they have grown up with.
In an October 14 Facebook post, the chamber expressed enthusiasm about MSM joining the community. "The chamber expressed how thrilled it is to have MSM join the community," anticipating that this partnership will positively impact local youth and initiatives.
