He is survived by his wife, DeLois Kay Howland, daughter Michelle Crenshaw, daughter-in-law Kerri Howland, grandsons Oden Yanez and Skippy Howland, and great-granddaughter Aubery Groves. Robert was preceded in death by his son, Robert Dale Howland Jr., and his parents.
In accordance with his wishes, there will not be a visitation, memorial, or funeral service. Arrangements are being managed by Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home and Crematory. Online condolences can be shared on their website.
