Craig Dean Henderson, born on October 22, 1976, in Roswell, New Mexico, to James and Diane Henderson, peacefully passed away on June 21, 2024. Craig is survived by his wife Heather, daughter Zoey McNeely, his mother Diane, and sister Jamie. He was preceded in death by his father Jim Henderson, grandparents Forrest and Dora Henderson, and grandmother Joy Lieber.

Craig graduated from Goddard High School in 1995 and earned a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Eastern New Mexico University in 1999. He dedicated his career to the oil and gas industry, working at companies such as John M. Clark, Inc. and Three Span Oil and Gas, where he found fulfillment.

A passionate drag racer, Craig had an extensive racing family and took pride in refurbishing his father's Camaro, a project he was completing before his sudden passing. He was a devoted member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church and known for his kindness and love towards his family and friends.

Services for Craig Dean Henderson will be managed by Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory in Midland. Donations can be made in his memory to Shirley Muldowney's "Shirley's Kids" foundation.

Craig will be deeply missed.
