Rosa S. Napoles, a beloved resident of Midland, Texas, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at the age of 98. Born in Los Nogales, Michoacan Mexico, Rosa was known for her love as a homemaker and dedicated mother and grandmother. Affectionately called “Ama” by her family and friends, Rosa was a devout Catholic at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and took great joy in cooking for and spending time with her loved ones. Her memory will be cherished by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Rosa is preceded in death by her husband Jesus Napoles Sr., daughters Juana (Janie) Prado, Mary Charles, Josefina Napoles, and son Robert Napoles. She is survived by her sons, Anthonio Napoles, Martin Napoles (Sandra), Deacon Jesus Napoles (Christina), and Juan Napoles (Cecilia). Rosa leaves behind fifteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and thirty-two great-great-grandchildren.

Viewing services will be held from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home Chapel.

The funeral arrangements are as follows:

Location: St. Ann’s Catholic Church 1906 W. Texas St., Midland, TX

Rosary: Sunday at 7:00 pm at St. Ann’s on June 23, 2024

Funeral Mass: Monday at 12:00 pm at St. Ann’s on June 24, 2024

Burial: Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery

A reception will follow at St. Ann’s Parlor.
