Hogan Park Golf Course to host Ladies' Golf Development Program

The Hogan Park Golf Course in the city of Midland is encouraging women to take part in its 2024 Ladies' Golf Development Program. Scheduled for Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. during June and July, the program welcomes women of all ages and abilities.

According to the city's announcement, the sessions will be conducted on June 5, June 12, June 19, June 26, July 10, July 17, July 24, and July 31.

Each session is designed around a different theme starting with introductions and putting, culminating in a tournament.

The objective of this program is to familiarize participants with the game and enhance the skills of female golfers in the Permian Basin through professional coaching.

Participants have the option to attend all classes or select a specific date for a fee of $200.

However, it should be noted that there are no provisions for make-up dates or refunds.

The staff will provide golf clubs at no additional cost.

Each session requires a minimum of ten participants and can accommodate up to twenty.

Hogan Park, located at 3600 N. Fairgrounds Rd., has been a hub for recreational and social activities for residents of Midland for over two generations.
