According to a press release from the Midland Police Department, officers responded to a call at 4:03 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, regarding shots fired at a vehicle in southwest Midland.

The same press release revealed that officers met with the victim in the 4000 block of Cedar Springs Street. The victim said he was driving in the 500 block of Devonian Drive when shots were fired from a residence, resulting in gunshot wounds to his feet.
