Construction of a new O'Reilly Auto Parts store is expected to begin in June, according to a filing with a state regulatory agency.
According to a March 27 filing, the development includes building a 7,650-square-foot store to sell automotive parts and accessories. The O'Reilly Auto Parts store is estimated to cost $1.6 million to build.
The store will be located along FM 307, as per the filing. Construction of the project is expected to commence on June 16 and be completed by October 16.
The filing states that Richard Hicks with O'Reilly Auto Enterprises, LLC, based in Springfield, Missouri, is leading the development of the store. The Missouri-based design firm Esterly, Schneider & Associates, Inc. worked on the architectural aspects of the project.
The company’s website notes that there are six O'Reilly Auto Parts store locations in Midland.
