The Borgata Shopping Center is set to undergo $190,000 in repairs, as indicated in a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
According to the March 25 TDLR filing, the project will involve demolishing existing electrical service and walls and replacing them with new ones. The area designated for renovation covers 1,083 square feet of a suite.
Work is scheduled to start on March 31 and be completed by April 30, according to the filing. The Borgata Shopping Center in Midland is located at the southwest corner of Loop 250 and Holiday Hill Road, with the space slated for an upgrade located at 3415 N Loop 250 Suite 205.
