The Midland Fire Department (MFD) responded to two overnight structure fires within a span of three days, according to two press releases from the City of Midland.
The first incident occurred at 2:18 a.m. Jan. 26 in the 4600 block of Comanche Drive. According to MFD, firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze, and two people were transported to the hospital in stable condition.
Two days later on Jan. 28, MFD responded to a fire in the 1600 block of West Kentucky Avenue at 5:54 a.m. There were no injuries reported but a family was displaced by the fire.A fire in the 4600 block of Comanche Drive | Photo courtesy City of Midland
