Guadalupe Ramirez, 55, of Midland, Texas, Passes Away

Guadalupe Ramirez, aged 55, a lifelong resident of Midland, Texas, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024, in Midland. Guadalupe was born on March 9, 1969, to Pedro R. Ramirez and Carlotta Flores Del Busto. She graduated from Lee High School in 1987 and later attended Midland College. In 2016, she married Joe Valadez. Guadalupe worked as a bookkeeper for 20 years.

She is survived by her spouse Joe Valadez, her sons Mark Valadez and Richard Valadez, daughter-in-law Zaima Valadez, granddaughters Kimberly and Nadia, sister Monica R. Salcido, and brothers Juan D. Ramirez and Marcial D. Ramirez Sr. Guadalupe was preceded in death by her mother Carlotta Flores Del Busto, father Pedro R. Ramirez, and brother Pedro Ramirez.

A viewing will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at the Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral mass is scheduled for Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish & Shrine.
