Tenant space at Crosswind Plaza is set to undergo renovations starting next year to accommodate a gym.

According to a report from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), the $290,000 alteration project involves 6,400 square feet of space for the Powerhouse Family Gym. Irma Ogle with Ruma LLC, which also operates Osaka Japanese Steakhouse, will lead the renovation project.

In October, Midland Times reported that the company was also behind a $260,000 project to remodel tenant space for a Main Squeeze Juice Company location at Crosswinds Plaza. The plaza, located at 5711 Deauville Boulevard, is a planned commercial retail space expected to lease approximately 12 retail spaces.

The tenant remodel is expected to commence on January 1, 2025, and be completed by May 1, 2025, according to the report. KLH Composition, a local design firm from Midland, is involved in the project and Tiffany Grant is listed as the tenant for the project.
