Cal Hendrick pledges commitment as Odessa's new mayor

Odessa's next Mayor, Cal Hendrick, expressed gratitude to his family and friends for their support during the campaign. "I’m thankful for my family and friends who supported me throughout the campaign. I intend to be a servant leader for the people," Hendrick stated.

Hendrick made two promises to the citizens of Odessa. "First, I promise to work hard for the people of Odessa. Second, everything I do will be what I believe is in the best interest of the City of Odessa." The newly elected Mayor and City Council members are scheduled to take their Oath of Office on November 26th.

The new City Council members include Craig Stoker as At-Large representative, Eddie Mitchell representing District 1, and incumbent Steve Thompson representing District 2.
