Local non-profit organizations have the opportunity to earn funds for their causes or upcoming events through Keep Midland Beautiful’s (KMB) "Trash 4 Cash" program, according to a Facebook post.

KMB said in the post that groups can earn up to $600 per cleanup and a total of $3,600 per year as participants in the program. Interested parties can gather more information and register by visiting keepmidlandbeautiful.org/programs/trash-4-cash.

According to KMB, which is a non-profit itself, groups are instructed to complete a Trash 4 Cash participation form at least a week in advance of a cleanup to request necessary supplies. The organization will confirm the request and pick-up time within 48 business hours and select the location.

Supplies can be picked up and dropped off at the KMB offices, located at 3500 N. A St, Ste. 1500, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., within a week after a group’s cleanup. KMB requests that groups report numbers from their cleanups by completing and returning their cleanup forms. Additionally, before-and-after photos and group pictures are requested.
