Preceded in death by her parents José Asunción Castro and Carmen González Armenta, and 11 of her siblings, Carrillo is survived by her husband Emerardo Carrillo, son Emer Carrillo, daughters Lizeth Taylor and Isabel Rosales, grandchildren Joshua A. Taylor, Jonathan S. Taylor, Julissa M. Taylor, Cruz Rosales, Christian Rosales, and sister Jesús Maria Pérez.
Known for her dedication as a wife for 49 years, and as a loving mother and aunt, Carrillo was admired for her generosity, sense of humor, and wisdom. She was a strong presence that kept her family united.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. at Willowbrook Funeral Home in Midland, TX. The funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at San Miguel Catholic Church in Midland, TX, followed by burial at Serenity Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will include family members and close friends.
