As Halloween approaches, Midland is gearing up for a spooktacular season filled with festive activities for all ages. Local organizations and businesses are inviting residents to join in the fun, ensuring a memorable Halloween experience for families and friends throughout the community.

Halloween Carnival

Hosted by: Boys & Girls Club of Midland

Date: October 25

Time: 5-7:30 p.m.

Location: Taylor Park Club, 1321 S. Goode St.

Details: Tickets are available for four for $1 or $10 for an unlimited bracelet. Activities include a costume contest, carnival food, face painting, and games.

Spooky Healthy & Wellness Fair

Hosted by: Vital Care Urgent Care

Date: October 25

Time: 4-7 p.m.

Location: Horseshoe Arena, 2514 Arena Trail.

Details: The event is free to attend, and costumes are encouraged. Attendees can participate in raffles and learn about health research.

Halloweenfest

Hosted by: City of Midland Police Department and Parks & Recreation

Date: October 25

Time: 6-8 p.m.

Location: Hogan Park.

Details: Activities will include trunk or treat, candy distribution, games, and bounce houses.

Halloween at the Shoe

Hosted by: Sheriff David Criner and Midland County Sheriff’s Office

Time: 6-9 p.m.

Location: Midland County Horseshoe Arena, 2514 Arena Trail.

Details: The event will feature a free night of candy, jumpers, and entertainment.

Annual Midland Fire Department Truck or Treat

Hosted by: Midland Fire Department

Date: October 26

Time: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Location: Central Fire Station, 1500 W. Wall St.

Details: Admission is free, with games and candy available for participants. Midland Animal Services will also be participating with free adoptions.

Trunk or Treat

Hosted by: First Christian Church

Date: October 27

Time: 4-6 p.m.

Location: 1301 W. Louisiana Ave.

Details: Attendees can enjoy free candy, food, and pumpkins. Canned food donations will be accepted for the church's food pantry.
