A leading independent oil and natural gas company is set to commence a renovation project next month, as indicated by a filing with a state regulatory agency.

Permian Resources, under the leadership of Jonny Heins, Senior Director of Corporate Affairs, plans to demolish existing tenant space at The Summit and construct a new office. This development will connect to previous renovations on the third floor. The project spans 2,971 square feet and is estimated to cost $350,000. It is scheduled to begin on November 11 and conclude by February 3, 2025.

The Summit serves as Permian Resources' corporate headquarters and is located at 300 North Marienfeld Street Suite 1000 in the central part of the city. SHM Architects, a design firm based in Dallas, contributed to the project.

According to Heins' LinkedIn profile, he has been with Permian Resources since May 2023. Before joining the company, he worked with the law firm Jackson Walker LLP and served as a manager of real estate for ConocoPhillips.
