James Edward Hall, 67, known as Eddy, of Midland, Texas, passed away on September 29, 2024. Born on May 19, 1957, in Oliver Springs, Tennessee, he was preceded in death by his mother Violet V. Hall, as well as his grandparents, James and Jean Holder. Survived by his brothers Howard Keith Hall, David E. Hall, and Phillip Wayne Hall, along with his sister Yolanda Hall Grubbs, he also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.

Described as a kind-hearted and creative individual, Eddy had a passion for fantasy, science fiction, and martial arts. He shared a close bond with his niece Stephanie, fondly known as his "Uncle-Daddy." His humor and trademark smirk will be dearly remembered by his family. Eddy will be laid to rest in Mossy Grove, TN, in the mountains he cherished alongside his mother.
