A local, leading independent oil and natural gas company has announced it will sponsor 10 miles of highway in the area through the Texas Sponsor A Highway program.

According to a news release, Diamondback Energy has partnered with the program to back efforts that will aid professionally trained cleaning crews who will remove trash from Diamondback Energy’s sponsored segments on a regular basis. The company hopes the sponsorship will keep roadways around the city clean and attractive, boosting community pride and enhancing the overall driving experience.

Outside of keeping the natural beauty of the area clean, Diamondback Energy can also expect to receive brand awareness from the initiative. The company is expected to garner over 648,000 impressions daily from its sponsorship, which is anticipated to raise their profile of goodwill within the community.

"At Diamondback Energy, we are committed to the well-being of our community," said Marc Dingler, senior vice president of government affairs at Diamondback Energy. "Our partnership with the Texas Sponsor A Highway program reflects our commitment to giving back to the community and ensuring our roads are a source of pride for everyone."
