Hogan Park Golf Course gets new rates beginning July | Midland Hogan Park Golf Course

Effective July 1, 2024, new rates will be implemented at Hogan Park Golf Course. These new rates will apply to green fees, cart fees, tournament fees, and range balls.

According to a June 24 press release issued by the city of Midland, the increase in revenue from these fees will support the golf course’s capital improvement projects. These projects include a new cart barn for golf cart storage and upgrades to the golf course’s irrigation systems.

The release additionally stated that there will be new restrooms built, and the Hogan Park Golf Course pro shop and snack bar are set to receive a facelift.

Citing the city, Midland Times reported that the golf course, which is the only public course within a 20-mile radius of Midland, requires significant improvements.

Equipped with 36 holes, the city estimates nearly $25 million as capital needs for the course's refurbishment.

Hogan Park, situated at 3600 N. Fairgrounds Rd., has served as a hub for recreational and social activities for residents of Midland over two generations.

The park boasts an 18-hole course catering to golfers across all skill levels.
