Local commercial real estate agent to headline discussion Permian Basin Board of Realtors

Members of the community interested in learning the nuances within the commercial real estate sector can do so by attending an upcoming discussion featuring industry experts.

According to Eventbrite, the "Dos and Don’ts of the Commercial Industry" discussion will be held at the Permian Basin Board of Realtors facility located at 3114 Sunburst Drive. The event is scheduled for June 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is free to attend and promises to provide valuable information on how to succeed within the competitive real estate sector.

Lucy Sisniega, founder of Sisniega Real Estate, will be the main speaker at the event. She brings over 21 years of experience in commercial development and has worked with various clients including Home Depot, Target, Simon's Mall, First Hartford, San Miguel Plaza, Kimbelea Plaza, Osaka, and Crosswind Development.

According to the Sisniega Real Estate website, Sisniega has called Midland home for over 10 years and specializes in retail, industrial, office, and land markets. She also works on potential projects in McAllen and Mission and is responsible for over $50 million in sales for commercial sites.

In August 2023, Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) appointed Sisniega to the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology. According to a press release from the governor’s office, her term will run until February 1, 2029. The board is responsible for regulating the practice of radiologic technology.
