A great leader has many superpowers like: Big ideas, curiosity, vulnerability and many others. As leaders and future leaders, we have learned how to juggle those daily. With limited physical activities, I thought these juggling lessons will be a great alternative for our brains and bodies while taking in leadership lessons. One-hour juggling lesson can prolong your activity throughout the day and it’s a great skill to learn to activate different parts of your brain.
