West Texas FC has announced the signings of midfielder Carrick Bromage and winger Alberto de Miguel, following its initial signing of French forward Antoine Marques. This information was shared on the team’s Facebook page.
According to a February 20 post, Bromage is from the United Kingdom and attended Mars Hill University in North Carolina, where he played soccer. The Neath, Wales native contributed to Mars Hill's 10-4-5 finish and helped them reach their first National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division 2 National Tournament appearance in over 13 years. Bromage also played for Hickory FC and the Pro-Direct Academy in his home country. "Bromage brings experience, flair and a winning mentality and we’re super excited to watch his impact in his new colors at West Texas," WTXFC said in the post. "Welcome, Carrick!"
According to another post by WTXFC, de Miguel was acquired from the Atletico Madrid youth academy in Madrid, Spain. He has also played for Rayo Majadahonda and Murray State College in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. "[He] will be a driving force for the West Texas FC attack this summer," the post said. "Welcome, Alberto!"
