An American retail chain specializing in products for farmers, ranchers, pet owners, and landowners will develop a new store in the city.
According to a state filing with a regulatory agency, Tractor Supply will construct a 24,468 square-foot facility for this new store. The estimated $1 million project will be located at South County Road 1130.
Lubbock-based 7B Building & Development is developing the store under the subsidiary VIA REAL Estate, LLC, as said in the February 5 filing. Construction is expected to begin on April 1 and be completed by November 4. Helt Design Architecture Interiors from Belmont, North Carolina, is the design firm for the project.
According to Tractor Supply Co’s website, Midland already hosts a store. There is one at 2110 Rankin Highway and another at 7800 East U.S. Highway 191 in Odessa.
