Midland Health is set to open a drive-thru clinic for upper respiratory panel testing on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. This initiative aims to reduce congestion in emergency rooms by providing testing for illnesses treatable with over-the-counter or prescription medication. The clinic will be located in the north parking lot of the F. Marie Hall Outpatient Center at 4214 Andrews Highway.

The clinic will operate from February 5th and remain open from Wednesday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 11:30 am. Testing will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until 11:30 am for individuals aged five years and older. Clinic hours are subject to weekly evaluation.

Patients can access testing without an appointment by driving up to the facility. Test results will be communicated to both the patient and their primary care provider (PCP). For patients without a PCP who require follow-up care, assistance will be provided to schedule an appointment.

While insurance and billing information will be collected, no payment is required at the time of service.
