Leia Beattie delivers 14 points and 3 assists in Northern Arizona Lumberjacks’ loss to Grand Canyon Antelopes

On Sunday, December 29, Leia Beattie, the accomplished former Midland Classical Academy basketball player, hit the hardwood in the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks’ 79-to-70 loss to the Grand Canyon Antelopes.

The 5′9″ senior guard contributed 14 points, three assists and one rebound in 35 minutes of action.

Up next for Beattie: on Thursday, January 2 at 9 p.m., Northern Arizona plays against the Idaho State Bengals on the road.
