Country musician Clint Black is set to bring the 35th Anniversary of his "Killin' Time" Tour to Midland next month.

According to Black's website, the event will take place on January 24 at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center. Pug Johnson is scheduled to open the concert, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and the show starting at 7:30 p.m. Ticket prices range from $49.50 plus fees for general admission to $151.50 plus fees for platinum seating.

The tour was announced in November 2023, featuring a performance of Black's debut album released in 1989, along with other hits. A news release said that the album propelled Black to superstardom, achieving five consecutive number-one singles from his triple-platinum debut, "Killin' Time."

"Time flies when you’re…Killin’ Time," Black said in a news release. He added that revisiting these songs has been inspiring and expressed excitement about playing them for fans.
