Topline Pharmacy is set to commence work on a second location in January, as indicated by a filing with a state regulatory agency.
The pharmacy plans to construct a $1.1 million, 9,800-square-foot shell building, with 6,300 square feet allocated for its operations. This information was disclosed in a December 18 filing. Georgina Nnanna, the pharmacy manager at Topline Pharmacy, is spearheading the project.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Nnanna has managed the pharmacy since it launched its first location in 2020 at 4400 W Loop 250 N. Before joining Topline Pharmacy, she served as director of pharmacy for ContinueCare Hospitals.
The new Topline Pharmacy will be situated at 2301 W. Missouri Avenue, on a site previously occupied by a Chase Bank that has since closed. The development of the building is scheduled to begin on January 15 and is expected to be completed by September 15. Midland DCI, LLC, a local design firm, is listed as the architect of record for the project.
