Midland College held its Fall 2024 Commencement Ceremony on December 13 at the Al G. Langford Chaparral Center, where approximately 500 students were celebrated for their academic achievements. Around 230 graduates participated in the ceremony, receiving bachelor's degrees, associate degrees, and workforce certificates.
The event was attended by family members, friends, and faculty who gathered to support the graduates as they marked the end of their educational journey. The ceremony highlighted various educational paths pursued by students, ranging from technical certifications to bachelor's degrees.
"We were honored to celebrate the graduating class," stated MC President Dr. Damon Kennedy. "This evening was about recognizing not only their academic achievements but also the resilience and determination that brought them to this milestone. Midland College is proud to have been part of their journeys and looks forward to the positive impact they will make in our communities and industries."
