A donut shop at the Pagosa Shopping Center is set to undergo a renovation starting in December, according to a report from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
Texas Tierra Management Group, led by Janette Midkiff, will renovate King Donut under the entity Texas Tierra III. The $100,000 project is scheduled to begin in December and conclude by December 1, 2025.
According to TDLR, the project includes finishing the existing space of a 1,530 square-foot suite and adding accessible restrooms. The Pagosa Shopping Center is located in the northern portion of the city at 6900 State Highway 349.
Local architects Cornerstone Design Group assisted with the renovation of King Donut. Signature Nail Bar, a barbershop, Legen’s Pizza, and Tea2Go TeaN'ergy are among the businesses operating out of the strip mall.
