MIDLAND, TX - Filiberto Hernandez, 84, of Midland, Texas, peacefully passed away at his home on October 21, 2024. Born on May 12, 1940, in Chihuahua, Mexico, to Jose and Paula Hernandez, he married Pabla Hernandez on February 15, 1964, with whom he shared over 60 years of partnership and love.

Filiberto dedicated most of his life to the landscaping industry, taking pride in his craft and bringing beauty to the world with his work. Known for his resilience, strong work ethic, and deep affection for his family, he leaves behind a legacy of devotion and hard work.

Preceded in death by his children, Ramona Hernandez and Ismael Hernandez, Filiberto is survived by his beloved spouse, Pabla Hernandez of Midland, TX. He will be dearly missed as a treasured husband, father, and friend.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 24th, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a rosary service at 6:00 PM at American Heritage Funeral Home. A funeral mass is scheduled for Friday, October 25th, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish and Shrine in Midland, followed by burial at American Heritage Cemetery.
