Retail space at Crosswinds Plaza is set to undergo renovation to accommodate a casual juice and smoothie bar, as indicated by a state filing with a regulatory agency.

According to the filing, 1,752 square feet of tenant space will be renovated at an estimated cost of $260,000 for a Main Squeeze Juice Company location. The remodel is expected to begin on December 1 and be completed by April 1, 2025.

The exact location of the juice bar will be 5711 Deauville Boulevard Suite 162. Ruma LLC, which also operates Osaka Japanese Steakhouse, will spearhead the renovation project. The Frisco-based design firm Design Parameters LLC is involved in the renovation.

According to the Main Squeeze Juice Company’s website, the company headquarters is in New Orleans, Louisiana, and it opened its first location in Lake Charles in 2017. The company has over 60 locations across America in various stages of development but is primarily based in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.
