CrownQuest Operating expanding area facility

An independent company specializing in the oil and natural gas sector is set to expand its facility, as reported by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

CrownQuest Operating, LLC plans to add a 335 square-foot exam room to its facility at CrownQuest at Claydesta Plaza. This expansion will be conducted under the entity 18 Desta Holdco LLC, named after its location at 18 Desta Drive.

According to TDLR, Tracy Wilbanks, the human resources manager at CrownQuest Operating, is listed as the point of contact for this project. The initiative, titled CrownQuest Interior Renovations, is projected to cost $70,350. The construction is scheduled to commence on October 15 and conclude by December 31.

Google indicates that Claydesta Plaza also houses other organizations such as One Accord for Kids, a non-profit organization; CrownRock Minerals, LLC—a joint venture between Lime Rock Partners and CrownQuest Operating; and The Clark Family Charitable Foundation.
