Midland High School offensive lineman Pulelei’ite M. Primus is attracting attention from collegiate football programs nationwide.

Primus recently expressed gratitude on the social media platform X to the Texas Tech coaching staff for their hospitality during a game between the Red Raiders and the University of Cincinnati on September 29. "Thank you so much @TexasTechFB for y’all’s hospitality had a great night!! Can’t wait to be back Nov 9!!! #WreakEm #GunsUp @Coach_Fortune @CoachCam36 @ClayMcGuireTTU @JoeyMcGuireTTU @JKimbleTTU," he wrote.

Primus has also shared on his X account that he has received offers to play football for Arizona State University, The University of Miami, and Stanford. He included graphics from these schools wishing him "luck."

Dave Campbell’s Texas Football has recognized Primus as one of its five football prospects on the rise, describing Midland as having a "top-tier prospect in the pipeline with this 6-foot-4, 325-pound monster."

According to 247Sports, Primus is entering his junior season for the Bulldogs. He plays guard and has received additional offers from North Texas, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, TCU (Texas Christian University), Tulane, UTSA (University of Texas at San Antonio), the University of Houston, and UTEP (University of Texas at El Paso).
