Details regarding Diamondback Energy’s renovation to its headquarters at Fasken Center continue to emerge, according to a filing with a state regulatory agency.

According to the filing, the oil and gas company will renovate 4,000 square feet of space at a cost of $2 million in order to accommodate MPE equipment under entity Tall City Towers, LLC. The project is expected to begin on September 3 and run until the end of the year. The local design firm JSA Architects, Inc. is on board for the project.

In August, a filing also revealed that Diamondback Energy will renovate 15,430 square feet of office space on the third floor of Tower One at a cost of $900,000. The project is expected to begin on September 30 and be completed by February 28, 2025. Lubbock-based JFitz Architecture & Design is handling this renovation.

Renovations to the sixth floor of Fasken Tower One are also expected to be completed. The scope of work includes upgrades for tenant space and layout adjustments for functionality. The estimated cost of the remodel is also $900,000 and follows the same timeline as the third-floor remodel.

According to another filing, the company is also expected to renovate the seventh floor in Fasken Tower Two. The $950,000 project includes upgrades for 15,430 square feet of tenant space, layout adjustments for functionality, and the elimination of a staircase.
