Marlyn Butler has volunteered at Wagner Noël PAC since 2015, having contributed almost 1500 volunteer hours. She chooses to volunteer so that she can be around people.
"We are so fortunate to have this wonderful venue way out here in the middle of an oilfield," said Butler. "I think we are doing a great service to West Texas and I plan to volunteer here as long as I can."
Butler lives alone and enjoys contact with other volunteers and those attending the events. Her favorite event that she has worked on was Broadway's "My Fair Lady."
