Flatz 432 will begin Phase II of development in the fall, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
According to TDLR, Z Modular, led by Director of Construction Peter Vereecke, will develop Phase II of the apartment project under the entity Zekelman Property. The $74.9 million project is expected to include seven multifamily buildings, an amenity building, and associated facilities.
The project, located at 1200 Albert Avenue, is expected to begin on October 23 and run until August 17, 2026. The Phoenix, Arizona office of STG Design is also involved in the project.
According to Vereecke’s LinkedIn profile, he has been with Z Modular for over five years and has served as a project manager for the company. He was previously an architect for Ann Arbor-based The Collaborative Inc. for five years and earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Detroit Mercy.
According to the Flatz 432 website, the complex offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with a 24-hour fitness center, a clubhouse with co-working spaces, a golf simulator, and private parking garages.
