A commercial property management company has registered a $1 million project, according to a filing with a state regulatory agency.
According to the filing, Southern Property Management owns Midland Tower, where a 6,637 square-foot remodel of floor space for MCM Energy under the entity MT223 LLC will take place. The project will involve the relocation of partition walls.
Midland Tower is located at 223 Wall Street. The local design firm Phases of Design is on board for the project that is expected to begin on Sept. 16 and run until Aug. 29, 2025.
According to their website, MCM Energy is an oil and gas company headquartered in Midland that explores, develops, and purchases properties in the Permian Basin where fossil fuel and natural gas are found. The company was established in 2009 and is led by CEO and owner Miles McPherren.
