Midland Self Storage to undergo $80,000 renovation

The Midland Self Storage at 3600 North Big Spring Street is slated to be expanded, according to an architectural barrier filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

The $80,000 project is expected to add new storage buildings to the facility, according to TDLR. Moreover, storage buildings will be added to existing structures and minor site improvements on the property will be provided. The total square footage of this project is 8,725.

According to TDLR, the project is expected to begin on Sept. 15 and wrap up by Dec. 15. Dallas-based architects MB Studio worked on the project. Midland Self Storage LTD, led by James Reeder, runs the storage facility.

Reeder owns a number of limited liability corporations and is invested in Dallas-based Cedar Springs Lofts Condominium Association, Inc. as the developer, according to Corporation Wiki.
